MYSKINBUDDY Replacement Policy

At MYSKINBUDDY, we have always prided ourselves on being generous and supportive of our customers. In the past, we often provided complimentary replacements to ensure your satisfaction. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we are grateful for your continued trust in our products.

To maintain the highest standards of quality and to support the long-term growth of our company, we are introducing a more structured replacement policy. We appreciate your understanding as we implement these updates, which will allow us to serve you better for years to come.

 

Warranty Coverage

  • Lifetime Warranty: Applies to the original MYSKINBUDDY device and MSB 6x.
  • Two-Year Warranty: Applies to the MSB Boost.


One-Time Replacement

  • Eligibility: One-time replacement is available for the original device or MSB 6x.
  • Registration: Devices must be registered within 30 days of purchase via our website.


No Extended Warranty: Replacement devices do not extend coverage beyond the original warranty period.

  • Proof of Purchase: Required from an authorized seller.
  • Serial Number: Located on the bottom of the device above the charging port.
  • Troubleshooting: Devices must be mailed to MYSKINBUDDY for evaluation before
  • replacement is issued. All required details must be submitted before shipping.
  • Shipping Options:
    • Prepaid return label available for $20, or
    • Customers may ship devices directly to:

Upgrade Option

MSB Boost Upgrade: Customers may upgrade to the MSB Boost for $200 (a savings of $175).

  • Registration: Must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Warranty: MSB Boost includes a 2-year warranty with one-time replacement eligibility.


Trade-In Option

Credit: Customers may trade in their original device and receive $100 off a new MSB Boost. 


Mail-In Requirement: Devices must be shipped to MYSKINBUDDY at the address above.

A $20 prepaid return label is available upon request.

Registration: Must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty: MSB Boost includes a 2-year warranty with one-time replacement eligibility.


Addendum: Sanitary & Shipping Compliance

Unsanitary Returns – $50 Fee
To protect our staff and maintain safety standards, MYSKINBUDDY reserves the right to charge a $50 fee if a returned device or package is found to be unsanitary or hazardous.

Please ensure your device is fully cleaned and wiped free of dirt, skincare, or residue before returning. We greatly appreciate your courtesy and understanding.



Shipping Requirements: Customers must follow MYSKINBUDDY’s packaging and shipping instructions. Failure to comply may result in:

  • Additional sanitation or handling fee of $50, payable before processing, or
  • Forfeiture of warranty rights if damage occurs due to improper shipping.

 

Acknowledgment of Terms: By initiating a replacement, upgrade, or trade-in, customers agree to these sanitary and shipping provisions as conditions of service.
